This module is all about managing your clients… successful projects are the result of successful client relationships and that’s what we explore in this module. In addition to the main concepts included in the training, we’ve also included two bonus videos for you… the first is a training on successful sales calls that is part of The Copywriter Underground.
The second is a presentation by Jason Friedman all about creating customer experiences. The examples that Jason uses are mostly offline and retail companies—but you can use the same tactics and strategies to think through the experience you create as you work with your clients. Use your imagination as you think about the client experience you want to create.
Also, check out this list of questions that you can use as you vet prospects on a sales call. Asking questions like these as you being to work with your clients will help you demonstrate your expertise without having to sell yourself.
